Simon Haroutunian is the director of SHine Medical Consulting Ltd. Simon founded the company in 2022 to act as a business consultant to the pharmaceutical and aesthetic industries focussing on medical education, training and events, strategy and employee/team development. His previous working experiences have been at Wigmore Medical, FACE, Euromedicom and Merz Aesthetics.

Dalvi Humzah

Mr Humzah was a Consultant Plastic Surgeon in the NHS for 10 years and has maintained a highly successful, award-winning plastic surgery private practice for over 20 years. He is also the founder of SIAB and Dalvi Humzah Aesthetic Training.

 

He has always taken an active interest in teaching and training and has been the STEP® Tutor for the Royal College of Surgeons of England and is an examiner and Regional Advisor for the Intercollegiate MRCS for the Royal College of Surgeons of Glasgow.

Jonathan Bardolph

Jonathan is Director of Accountably Ltd Chartered Accountants and has worked in public practice since 2003 and was awarded Fellowship of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in 2009.

 

He enjoys supporting owner managed businesses as they develop, continually look for ways to mitigate their taxes and believes good communication is key. Jonathan has a keen interest in aesthetic practices and assists clients with tax compliance.

Alex Bugg

Head of Marketing and Digital Strategist, Alex Bugg, has worked at The Web Marketing Clinic, an integrated digital agency that services national and international clients within the cosmetic and aesthetic sectors, for 12 years.

After graduating with an MSc in Immunology in 2016, Alex decided to join the family business and immerse herself in medical aesthetics. She found her love of words and scientific mind meant that content marketing and SEO were a natural fit. When she's not at work, Alex can be found on the rugby pitch, or in the bar.

Vicky Eldridge

Vicky Eldridge is an award-winning journalist, editor and founder of Vicky Eldridge Copywriting. She has specialised in the aesthetics industry for 20 years and set up the first UK magazine dedicated to this sector – Aesthetic Medicine – in 2004. In 2015, she won a Safety in Beauty Diamond Award for her contribution to supporting standards within the industry and the MyFaceMyBody Award for Journalist of the Year. She has also edited and contributed to five supplements for The Times on behalf of Raconteur. In 2023 she was part of the team that set up the UK’s first Menopause in Aesthetics Conference (MiA) with Charlotte Body and Aesthetic Associates.

Karen's 35 year career has been multi-faceted, from managing a large chain of beauty salons to establishing a successful aesthetics clinic. Karen understands the industry from a practitioner’s perspective and as a business owner.

 

She is committed to educating and improving standards and works closely with awarding bodies and accreditors. She originates new courses and delivers aesthetic programmes to industry professionals. Working as a brand ambassador for skincare brands, she is a regular blogger and contributor to professional articles.  

Karen now spends much of her time as a business consultant working with aesthetic and surgical practices.
